A bridging loan is a chain of specific tasks: reading the deal, valuing the security, checking the borrower, instructing the legals, and making the credit decision. Most delays happen in the handoffs. We have built Nimble so that each task is done properly, quickly, and by people who have done it many times before.
We are deliberately narrow. Residential bridging between £1m and £5m is the whole business, not a product line. We know what we are good at, and we know what we aren't, and we would rather tell you a fast no than a slow maybe.

Send us the deal in whatever form it exists. We review it against our published criteria and come back to you promptly with a clear view: yes, no, or exactly what we would need to get to yes.
Terms that hold
The terms we issue are the terms we intend to complete on. Valuation and legals are instructed early and run in parallel, with a named underwriter on the case from start to finish.
Certainty of funds
We lend our own book, backed by institutional capital. When we commit to a completion date, the money is there to meet it.

Nimble Capital was founded by D'mitri Zaprzala, former Chief Executive of Avamore Capital and a senior figure at Octopus Real Estate. The team has originated, underwritten, and repaid specialist property loans through every market of the last fifteen years.
We work with property developers, investors, and the brokers who represent them. Whether a deal comes to us direct or through an intermediary, it gets the same treatment: an experienced pair of eyes, an honest answer, and a process that moves.
