Built by lenders, for one job.
Nimble Capital exists to do one thing well: residential bridging between £1m and £5m, delivered with the speed the market talks about and rarely delivers.

Founder & Managing Director
D'mitri has spent his career in specialist property lending. He was Chief Executive of Avamore Capital, the bridging and development lender, and before that held senior roles at Octopus Real Estate, one of the UK's largest specialist property lenders. He has led origination, credit, and operations through rising markets and falling ones, and has seen at first hand where bridging processes break down and what it takes to fix them.
Nimble is the product of that experience: a lender designed from a blank sheet of paper around a single product and ticket size, rather than a broad book with a bridging desk attached.
“We understand each and every part of the process, and we do each part better. We know what we are good at, and we know what we aren't.”
Modern infrastructure. Experienced judgement.
Nimble was built from day one on modern technology. Purpose-built systems do the heavy reading: gathering property data, checking counterparties, and assembling the file, so that the facts of a deal are in front of an underwriter in hours rather than days.
The technology accelerates the work. It does not make the decisions. Every loan is underwritten, approved, and managed by experienced people, supported by independent professional valuations and specialist legal counsel. That combination, fast infrastructure and human judgement, is what lets us answer quickly without cutting corners.
Nimble lends its own balance sheet, backed by institutional capital. That means certainty of funds on the day of completion, and a lender whose interests are aligned with seeing every loan through to a clean repayment.
We measure ourselves on the things borrowers and brokers actually feel: how quickly the first answer arrives, whether the terms hold, and whether the completion date is met.
