Lending

One product, done properly.

We provide unregulated bridging loans secured by first charge on residential property in England and Wales. Acquisitions, refinances, light and heavy refurbishment, and development exit. That is the whole book, by design.

Honest scope

We know what we are good at. And we know what we aren't.

A narrow book is a deliberate choice. It is what lets us move quickly and stand behind our terms. If your deal sits in the right-hand column, we will say so on the first call and, where we can, point you somewhere better suited.

Process

What happens when you send us a deal

First, a quick screen against the criteria above, done by a lender, not a form. You get a straight answer and, if it is a yes, indicative terms that reflect how we actually expect to complete.

From there, valuation and legals are instructed early and run in parallel. Your named underwriter holds the case from enquiry to drawdown, so nothing is lost in a handover and you always know who to call.
